Caroline joined the practice in June 2002, she completed a Level 2 National Certificate for Veterinary Practice Receptionists in 2009 and completed the AMTRA (SQP) Suitably Qualified Person qualification in 2014 to become an animal medicine advisor. Caroline currently has a springer spaniel named Douglas and three chickens.
