On Christmas morning our lovely cat Pyewacket was struggling to breath. We rang Abbey House at 7am, they answered straight away and advised to come straight down. The lovely Vet Bethan looked at Pye but unfortunately she was too poorly and we made the hard decision for her to be put down.
The staff were all so friendly and supportive, even on Christmas Day when they weren’t able to be with their families. They also sent us a beautiful card through the post which was an extremely touching thing to do.
