You can visit or call your local Abbey House branch and let the receptionist know you would like a pre-planned vet visit.
The receptionist will check you live in one of the postcode areas where we are able to offer this service and confirm this will be the address for the home visit. If you don’t then we may be able to accommodate your request, but additional charges would apply.
The receptionist will provide you with the available dates and times and you can book one that suits you. If the availability doesn’t suit your requirements, then appointments in the clinic can be booked as normal or the existing emergency home visit service will apply.
If you cannot accommodate any delays to your appointment, please let us know at the time of booking as we will try and offer a time slot where we are less likely to be held up by traffic or previous visits.
A visit request form will be completed and then passed on to the senior reception team at the Morley hospital. You will receive a call back from the senior reception team to confirm the appointment and details of the visit.
Payment of the home visit fee must be made at the time of booking and in any event 1 working day prior to the visit date. A working day is any day Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays in England.
