For your convenience, all appointments are booked in advance to minimise the amount of time you may have to wait – just give us a call and one of our receptionists will arrange a consultation at a time that suits you.

If you do arrive unannounced we will see you as soon as we can but unless it’s an emergency we will give priority to those people with an appointment.

When dealing with ill animals the occasional delay is unavoidable so please bear with us if you are ever asked to wait.

General Enquiries

We will do our best to respond to your email enquiry with 24 hours Monday – Friday. The emails are not checked out of office hours or at the weekend. If your message is regarding an urgent matter or requesting an update on a patient in hospital please telephone our reception on 0113 252 5818.

Feedback and Complaints

We are constantly striving to provide the highest standards of care for our clients and their pets and we would hope that you will have no reason to complain. However if you feel unhappy about the service or care provided, please try to resolve by speaking to our staff directly at the time. If not resolved to your satisfaction, then please send your complaint in writing to:

Terms & Conditions


We will happily provide a written estimate as to the probable costs of treatment or a procedure, however any estimate is only an approximation.


Payment is required at the timeĀ  of treatment, on discharge of the animal after hopitalisation or upon collection of medicines, food or other items. Accounts can be settled using cash or card payment.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer credit facilities. Should an account not be settled after due notice then overdue accounts will be referred to P&J Debt Collection Services. We reserve the right to impose an additional surcharge of 25% + VAT of the outstanding balance to cover the costs of our debt collection agency. We endeavour to recover any legal costs incurred from the debtor.
