Client access to Croft House, Rothwell and Cleckheaton practices

We are pleased to confirm that from today we will be able to welcome back clients into our Croft House (Batley), Rothwell and Cleckheaton practices. Our Kippax practice remains closed to the public.

As at our Morley practice, we have processes in place to ensure the safety of both our staff and clients, including:

– Only one client per appointment

– Face masks must be worn

– Use the hand gel provided

– Only enter the practice five minutes before your appointment

We have limited space for clients in the waiting rooms so, on arrival, you may be asked to wait outside until there is sufficient space in the waiting room.

If you have symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19, then please do not come into the practice and call us instead.

Please note that only clients with appointments will be able to come into the practice; if you are collecting medication, or need to speak to reception for another reason, please call us and we will advise you on what to do.
